What is this?

Sunspots for Salamanders was to be an Aside for the Hairyspaceman, however in the fullness of time it grew, and grew, and grew some more. A fine band, and a good name. Ed FitzGerald, Renee Nanzer, and Dan Simon take on the spots, and a truer meaning is made.  Sunspots for Salamanders  are planing on a commercial Vinyl release, however the digital download of these songs will be free, and will always be such... The band has seen many faces, but have succeed in continuing to creatively evolve and stay true to the process and love of creating music. Enjoy these songs and let the band know what you think of this work.

Back to the spacemen. The Hairyspaceman expect to release their next album in late 2011 which has been the long anticipated "Sad Weirdo" an eclectic montage of abstract pop with a science fiction ambience. Rock on boys. In the meanwhile if you would like to support either band, consider purchasing a T shirt or downloading the PDF of the Salamanders songs, which will be available here later. A DVD documentary is expected chronicling the process and recording of Salamanders for those that are captivated by the myth and straightforwardness of these songs. The DVD will also be available for purchase in the future. If you would like to see it we plan on uploading a copy to viemo. Enjoy and love the Spaceman and the Salamander.
